About Me

I am an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma City area. I enjoy spending time with my people and The Office. I appreciate (and need) coffee in the morning as I have discovered that I really am a night owl. Oh yes and I enjoy working with my clients! It is such an honor to be invited into your world. I respect the hell out of you for having the courage to be vulnerable. I can provide a safe space for you to share your story while being challenged with another perspective. I do not have all the answers, but I can guide you to be able to answer your own questions.
